Getting to know Mark and Kaedi Worley

When Independent Business Owners (IBOs) Mark and Kaedi Worley were introduced to the products and opportunity offered by PURE, they knew they had found something special! Their mission is to show families a new, better “normal.” Better health. Better finances. Better time with loved ones. Better way of life.

Before joining PURE, Mark and Kaedi owned a construction and landscape business for 20 years. They have always been entrepreneurs, highly driven who enjoy traveling, hunting, fishing, attending their children’s sports and participating in church activities in their hometown of Bixby, Oklahoma.

Before finding PURE they weren’t looking for a business opportunity, rather they were looking for a healthy change.

In 2015, their daughters’ voice coach asked them to watch a video. At that time, they considered themselves a typical American family. They had five busy teenagers, three who were competitive athletes. They were exhausted, busy, battling weight gain and unexpected expenses. Happy Mother’s Day

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms, grandmothers, great-grandmothers, foster moms, and women in our community that are mother-like figures! To celebrate, we thought we’d share what we believe to be the special qualities moms have that make them exceptional entrepreneurs.

Now, don’t get me wrong. Men and women without children make great entrepreneurs, too. However, according to 2015 stats from the Direct Selling Association, 77.4% of direct sellers were women and 22.6% were men. Women have this networking thing down!

The following qualities give moms that extra oomph when it comes to being the boss.

  • Moms are great at multitasking. From making breakfast and getting the kids to school on time, while remembering to take Johnny to his dentist appointment, moms can juggle like nobody’s business. They need this quality in order to balance their business, the customers they’ll garner and any personal matters in play.
  • Moms cultivate relationships. They know how to network within their circle. They aren’t afraid of asking a stranger for directions, or introducing a new person to the team. They’ll take advantage of the education their mentor provides, asking the right questions until they understand.
  • Moms build trust. Moms will make you laugh, cry and share your story, all of which build trust. They will always give their children a reason to listen.   • Moms prioritize and get things done. Moms know their limits and how to manage their time. PURE announces outstanding growth in every key performance indicator for Q1.

“Our leaders have come together and are functioning as one cohesive team to drive our mission forward. It is truly wonderful to watch people having fun while changing lives,” stated Daren Hogge, PURE CEO.

Perhaps the most impressive statistic for PURE in the first quarter is the more than 930 rank advancements at Bronze Director and above. This represents a 260 percent increase in the U.S. market compared to the prior quarter.

Getting to know IBO Nancy Cayetano

PURE is transforming lives as shared in this story from PURE Independent Business Owner (IBO) Nancy Cayetano. A stay-at-home mother of two children, Nancy discovered PURE two years ago.

Prior to her joining PURE, Nancy weighed 300 pounds. She was unhappy with the way she looked and tried everything she could to avoid people, reflections, mirrors and cameras. She was tired of being lonely and was feeling trapped in a body full of toxins.

Nancy chose bariatric surgery; however, after only a year, she regained all of the weight. She felt like she was back to square one. She knew she wanted to change and that it wasn’t going to be easy. Getting to know IBO Lynette Keys

Brent and Lynette have been Independent Business Owners (IBOs) with PURE since 2012. They live in Oklahoma. Brent is a petroleum engineer and Lynette is an oncology nurse and an author of two medical books. Lynette also has a secondary bachelor’s degree in physiology with a minor in biochemistry.

When introduced to PURE, Brent and Lynette were both working full-time jobs, but did not have the time to enjoy building their dream. They realized that their priorities were in the wrong order. They prayed for something else that would allow them to make a difference in their lives, the lives of their children and the lives of the people around them.

“We weren’t praying for change, but for peace,” said Lynette. “We prayed that we were doing the right things that would secure a strong future for our family.  PURE was the blessing that we had been looking for.”
